When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Nightshades Store reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.

Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner, orders may not be canceled once production has started.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, including product size, color, and shipping information.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside our control.

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.
