Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Because our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor variations in print placement, color, or garment wash

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve it.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
